Our Sources from CAT has confirmed that the Next Hearing will be on
18th March 2014. Previously Court has ordered next hearing on
28th February 2014 . As of Now 18th March is Also NDOH.
Now Court has again given SSC CGL 2013 Next Hearing Date on 18th
March 2014. Nitant Trivedi , an SSC CGL Aspirant, put a case against SSC
for cancellation of exams due to news of wide spread Leaks in Exam.
Also another Aspirant Manindar Singh Attri and Vivek Mishra has filed a
case against SSC.
Delhi Police has submitted Report which is supporting Organized Leakage
in ssc cgl as alleged by Nitant and Co. After this SSC has send its
recommedation to DOPT.
In which DOPT has taken its decision to conduct Tier 1 and Tier 2 on 7 Cities.
Many Candidates are eagerly waiting for the result . But as of Now it
seems that many students have to give re exam.We expect the whole re
exam procedure may take atleast 4 months. This may also delay CGL 2014
dates due to election adn ssc cgl 13 re exam.
One aspirant prsent in the hearing explains what happend there
Today, in court, argument never lasted for even 2 minutes.. Luthra
argued that cheating happened else where too, so cancel whole tier-2 and
go for a fresh exam. Arif said, let SSC go through CBI reports and then
they will give a reply... Judge wanted to give a date of 11th march,
but Arif asked for 18th march..
Now, its not
necessary that CBI reports come before 18th march. It's not sure about
their dates, as to when they will come out with their report. So it's
better to move on and study for SSC CGL 2014 or UPSC, State PSC or Bank
PO jobs etc.
