Q 1. Why 3rd party is pushing for re-exam in the whole country when
cheating was done only in 7 centers mentioned as per latest SSC
notification and as per Delhi Police reports??
Ans 1. Cheating was
done using internet, question papers transferred from email-ids,
watsapp and other tools. Everyone here is intelligent enough to know the
extreme penetration of these IT tools worldwide(forget nationwide!). As
such, assuming that cheating was limited to certain 7 cities is nothing
less than foolish(please evaluate keeping yourself in a neutral
position).
Besides, the genuine candidates of these 7 cities (and
not 3rd party!) feels that they have not cheated and there was no
cheating in their centers and more than 98% other centers where exam
went on peacefully. So if the candidates outside these 7 cities are
right in their view that no re-exam for them as no cheating took place
in their cities, the majority candidates of these 7 cities are justified
in their views too. Because none of them cheated, most of them had
centers where no cheating took place, so why should they suffer(seeing
the similarity in justified thoughts of all then genuine candidates?).
Just
as non 7 cities aspirants are correct in why should they be exposed to a
re-exam, so are the genuine aspirants of 7 cities who are correct in
demanding that re-exam be limited to schools where cheaters were caught
and not entire cities. Seeking your justification on this now.

2. Why 3rd party and their leader Prakhar Rohtagi openly says that this
movement belongs to people of Delhi, Jaipur, Shimla, Dehradun (refer to
his FB post in
SSC CGLE 2013 PROTEST group when people pan India supported him in funding the case?? Why is he practicing regionalism??
Ans
2. Anger and emotions run high when there are blames, counter blames
and double counter blames. I had personally seen posts and comments by
some aspirants of the non re-exam city putting open blame to these 7
city's aspirants and third party leaders to be selfish. The post was in
reparation of that blame.
Regionalism is not practiced by
anyone(atleast not intentionally). No one can deny the support of us
united aspirants(throughout the country). Right from funding, to sending
mails, sending representations, filing complaints in PG portal and
coming up with suggestions.
However it is just human to feel that my contribution was more than others.
We
had an instance where new people from Haryana joined the moment for 28
Jan protest. We had a little difference of opinion at the end of day(on
27 Jan) because those newly joined people felt that they had done all
the hard work while some of us were leisurely spending time meeting a
few officials at DoPT. Now, those newly joined people were reluctant to
accept the fact that whatever they did that day, the core group had done
on 3 prior instances of protests(that too without any guidance and
experience). So the things look very easy online wherein you and me can
type their suggestions and polarised opinions in a matter of seconds,
but the ground realities are really tough.
I am not taking sides,
but I know 8 people of 3rd party who waited outside SSC HQ on 22
Jan(after the last court hearing) waiting to meet the SSC Chariman.
Those guys waited from 11 in morning till 7 in evening, drenched in the
drizzle in famous Delhi winters and seated on ice cold marble floor
before they met one of the SSC board members. Has anyone of us online
bashers have done that? NO.
I repeat, contribution of everyone is
important. No one forced those 8 guys to do that, but they were in a
position to spare time and efforts and were connected to the moment so
they did it.
Q 3. How can 3rd party be so sure
that there will be more venues of cheating unearthed after after CBI
investigations?? Does 3rd party have an inside link in CBI?? How can 3rd
party be so sure of their apprehensions about an ongoing
investigation?? What if CBI closes the case saying there were only 7
centers where cheating happened??
Ans 3. CBI in India is what FBI is to USA. Obviously, the investigative skills of CBI is way superior to that of Delhi Police.
Fact
check: DO you know that Delhi Police caught 40 people in raids and only
14 of these people finally made to the FIR and chargesheet? When there
are such huge stakes running into crores, Delhi Police known for its
corruption cannot be blamed to mint a few tens of lakhs in the deal.
Look
around this forum with questions of job profile of Sub-Inspector in
CBI. Every post mentions that there is no monetary corruption in CBI and
a strict vigilance is kept on its officers. Need I say anything more?

4. Why 3rd party isn't ready to openly discuss the internal knowledge
of the case when this case is going to affect lives of lakhs of
candidates?? Who gave them the moral right to play and judge careers of
lakhs of candidates based upon their wishful thinking?? Do they have
prior approval of 1.3 lakh Tier-2 candidates before they file a case??

4. 3rd party represents only those of 1.3 lac people who agrees to
their ideology. Who told you that 3rd party is answerable to 1.3 lac
people? It is only answerable to people who supports it.
Besides, if
everything related to case is disclosed beforehand, it is vulnerable to
be used by the opposition. And this is how things work in court cases,
3rd party is not making an exception here. Q 5. How 3rd
party thinks that paper will come easy ( as per the comments of Vaishali
Bansal), does she have an internal source in SSC?? In that case, she
can be a mole and can leak the paper.. Kindly clarify..
Ans 5. I am no Vaishali Bansal to answer what she thinks.
But,
I have interacted with some aspirants who had given re-exams in
past(remember SSC took re-exam in CGL13 in some center mentioning of
administrative lapse?), they told me that re-exam was indeed easier.
There is no rule of thumb to make re-exam easier, but thats the usual way how re-exams are conducted.

6. Lets say 3rd party files a case tomorrow, and then there arises
another 4th party filing a case against you. Courts are famous for
giving dates (as you might have been following). How can you talk about
championing the cause of genuine candidates when the result will get
delayed because of this and lives of lakhs of candidates will get
affected because of this delay?
Ans 6. You are misinformed
of what 3rd party is. 3rd party was introduced because in the entire
commotion between SSC and some failed candidate, it was some genuine
aspirants who were bearing the brunt. Hence, they became the 3rd party
as they felt their interests were being hampered(genuinely so). Seeing
how aggrieved you are with third party, even you can file an appeal.
But whether your appeal hold merit and to be admitted is decided by the
jury. So, it is not that any tom, **** and harry files a case and hamper
the entire process. Nitant's appeal was accepted since it had merit and
was substantiated by strong cheating evidences, police FIR etc. Though
how Nitant's motive changed from anti-cheating to securing another exam
attempt for himself is a different story.I hope I answered your queries to a minimum level of satisfaction. P.S: I appreciate calling Prakhar and party as Protest Group.
It
is everyone's personal prerogative to support or hate the Protest
group(I hate saying 3rd party because all the people are not limited to a
court case filing party, but leaded way in protests, representations,
meeting officials and still doing all this while many other have started
preparations and many others are relaxing at home).
