1. FLIPPANT : क्षुद्र
Meaning: showing or having a rude attitude of not being serious esp. by trying to be amusing when most people expect you to be serious

Example: We had lost thousands of dollars, so we did not appreciate his flippant remark about “better luck next time.”
2. REPREHEND : निन्दा करना
Meaning: to express your strong official disapproval of someone or something
